To sign up as a vendor, please print this form and fill it out. You can mail it with check payment before the event, or bring your registration and payment to Martin Luther King, Jr. Park the morning of the event.

Event Details to Remember:

​

• Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical power. There are no electrical hook ups available for vendors at MLK Park.

• The NAACP Chamber 4108 will not be responsible for electrical, or any other damages incurred, or injuries attributed by any vendor, including rides, consumption of food and/or beverages will be at the sole responsibility and discretion of parties involved. 

• The event will go on, rain or shine - and there will be no vendor fee refunds.
