Vendor Application Instructions

To sign up as a vendor, please fill out the form below.


Please click on the Paypal button to pay your vendor fee (for shop and food vendors only). 


Don't forget to click the submit button on the form to complete your application. 


Vendor Fees:


  • Non-profits and Government Agencies - Free

  • Shop Vendors (crafts/clothes/books etc.) - $35

  • Food Vendors (food trucks/food vendors) - $70

Event Details to Remember:

  • Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical power. There are no electrical hook ups available for vendors at MLK Park.

  • The NAACP Chamber 4108 will not be responsible for electrical, or any other damages incurred, or injuries attributed by any vendor, including rides, consumption of food and/or beverages will be at the sole responsibility and discretion of parties involved. 

  • The event will go on, rain or shine - and there will be no vendor fee refunds.

The NAACP Cheyenne Chapter has partnered with the Wyoming Community Navigator Program to provide free business training classes to Juneteenth vendors. Hosted by the Laramie County Library, these free webinars will be broadcasted live at the library and vendors are encouraged to attend. Light snacks will be provided. Below are highlights of the trainings and instructors:

June 6 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This webinar will cover from the basics to some not-so-basic actionable marketing tactics you can use to prepare for and stand out during vendor events.
